In Store Returns

New, unworn, unaltered merchandise purchased from the HUGO BOSS Online Store may be returned to non-outlet HUGO BOSS store locations within 30 days from the purchase date. Merchandise purchased from the HUGO BOSS Online Store may not be returned to Factory Outlet or Outlet store locations.

Online returns made in store must be accompanied by the receipt included with your order or a copy of your shipping confirmation.

Merchandise returns purchased from HUGO BOSS Online Store with PayPal may only be returned to the online store via the free prepaid shipping label included with your original order.

Our HUGO BOSS stores are unable to process refunds for purchases made with PayPal back to your PayPal account and can only be processed for store credit or exchanged for the full amount of the item(s).
