Whether you're searching for gifts or for the perfect party look, we want to make the festive period run as smoothly as possible for you. Our order, delivery and return services will ensure a stress-free holiday season.


To ensure that you receive your gifts in time, please order by the dates and times below.

    Free standard delivery

    • When using Standard Delivery, please order before 9.59pm on 17 December to receive your items before Christmas.

  • DeliveryDelivery
    Express Delivery for £19.95

    • When using Express Delivery, please order before 9.59am on 19 December to receive your items before Christmas.

  • Click & CollectClick & Collect
    Click & Collect

    Pick up your order at your convenience. Use Click & Collect and have your order sent to your nearest participating store to be collected whenever suits you.

    Orders will be delivered to your preferred store. Please note: Only the person who places the order may pick up the parcel. Please bring your personal ID or shipping confirmation mail with you, so that the store employee can identify you.

    Pick Up

    To receive your gifts in time for Christmas at your preferred BOSS Store, please order before:

    • 10.59pm on 13 December using complimentary Standard Delivery.
    • 9.59am on 19 December using Express Delivery (£19.95).

    Try On

    To receive your gifts in time for Christmas at your preferred BOSS Store, and in order to allow enough time for a Try On appointment, please order before:

    • 10.59pm on 12 December using complimentary Standard Delivery.
    • 9.59am on 19 December using Express Delivery (£19.95).

    Extended free return period

    If you change your mind for whatever reason, return your item for free. Just use the return sticker included with the package and we will cover the costs. If the sticker is missing, please use the return label print option or contact our Customer Service.

    We are happy to offer an extended return policy for Christmas.

    • For all orders placed between 1 November and 10 December 2019 , HUGO BOSS online offers an extended return period, running up to 70 days until 10 January 2020. Please see our T&C for more information.
    • Our regular 30-day return policy will resume on orders placed from Wednesday 11 December 2019 onwards.
