Unfortunately, Express Delivery is unavailable for orders placed between 10.00am on 21 December and 00:01am on 6 January. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
If you change your mind for whatever reason, return your item for free. Just use the return sticker included with the package and we will cover the costs. If the sticker is missing, please use the return label print option or contact our Customer Care team.
We are happy to offer an extended return policy for Christmas.
For orders placed between 1 November 2020 and 15 December 2020, the HUGO BOSS Online Store offers a voluntary extended return period, running up to 60 days. This in no way restricts the statutory right of withdrawal.
