Please allow 14 business days for receipt and processing of your returned merchandise. If the return is approved, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment only. Returns are also accepted at HUGO BOSS store locations within the United States. Merchandise must be returned in its original, unused, unwashed condition within 30 days of the delivery date. For a full refund, bring your order receipt form and the original payment method to the HUGO BOSS store when you return the merchandise.

If you do not have your order receipt, your return will be processed for the current price of the item on the HUGO BOSS online store and receive HUGO BOSS store credit. If you are able to present your order receipt, but do not have your original form of payment method, you will receive HUGO BOSS store credit for the full amount of the item you purchased, less any applicable shipping costs.

We cannot accept items that have been worn beyond being tried on.

Once your return is received and processed at the warehouse, an email notification will be sent to the email address on the order.

In the unlikely event that you do not receive the confirmation e-mail within 14 days of posting your return shipment to us, please contact our Customer Service center, with your order number.

Merchandise returns purchased from HUGO BOSS Online Store with PayPal or Klarna may only be returned to the online store via the free prepaid shipping label included with your original order.

Our HUGO BOSS stores are unable to process refunds for purchases made with PayPal or Klarna back to your PayPal or Klarna account and can only be processed for store credit or exchanged for the full amount of the item(s).
